Carrot Cake

This old fashion carrot cake will keep you coming back for more, guaranteed! This recipe has been in my family since I can remember. This super moist carrot cake is covered in our delicious cream cheese frosting with thick layers of frosting in between each layer of cake. This carrot cake does NOT contain coconut.
