Chantilly Cake

The Chantilly cake is truly one of a kind. We take our housemade sponge cake and top it with our housemade strawberry puree. Then add a thick layer of fresh berries and top them with our Chantilly frosting. The outside is then covered with more Chantilly frosting and decorated with fresh flowers and more berries. It is so light and refreshing. It’s similar to a classic wedding cake flavor. The Chantilly frosting is made up of mascarpone, cream cheese, whipping cream and other natural flavors to give it a one-of-a-kind flavor.
